I value the inclusivity of all voices and have always been interested in how language and narrative heal and inform our understanding of others and the world. I can interrogate what I hold to be true through research and diversity of thought. When I feel overwhelmed and anxious, I find peace, clarity, and freedom in writing.

In 2020 I received a B.A. from Regent University in English with a concentration in writing and a minor in Communications. In 2022 I received an M.A. in English and Poetry from Azusa Pacific University and was published in several literary magazines. I completed my thesis, Perennial, where I focused on the intersectionality and identity of the female Asian American adoptee diaspora.

I enjoy writing and content/copy editing in creative, journalistic, human interest, marketing, and social media capacities. The genres I have the most experience with are prose and narrative poetry, memoir, creative nonfiction, essay, and short story.
